Friday Night Movie

Three weeks ago, we decided to have every Friday night a movie night at our house. The kids love it and look forward to it every week. It's only Monday, and S-girl has asked me three times this week if tomorrow is movie night. We pop popcorn, and make red or pink juice (aka, crystal light). Last week's movie was 101 Dalmatian's.

M-boy ate popcorn by the hand fulls, but he didn't want to eat it from the bowl, he would dump it out on the floor, and eat it from there. This picture was taken just before he dumped his bowl out all over S-girl's blanket.

Scotlyn's Birthday Party

Scotlyn's birthday is this coming Thursday, but because her birthday always falls around General Conference time, we try to have her party the week before conference. She has been counting down the days until her party all week. It was a lot of fun, and was so nice to have her party outside this year. Every year on her birthday, the weather has been cold, until this year. This is a picture of her a couple of days ago, when she decided she was going to build a hot air balloon and fly to Salt Lake. She packed a change of clothes in her backpack and took food with her in the box. She also had a few toys with her, but when she was ready to fly, she realized that there was not room for her to sit in the box. She kept saying to me, "Mom, this is really going to work.
