Christmas Time 2020

Image
This is Christmas 2020, Face masks and all!  Also, I finished my diamond art picture.  I am so pleased with how it turned out.  Now I just need to frame it.

Tinker

Image
I take a lot of pictures of Tinker.  She is a silly dog and loves to burrow under the blankets.  I never wanted a dog, but I am so glad we got her.   She is a sweet dog.

Summer Hiking with friends

Image
My friend Wendy and I.  We were friends in high school and college, and recently met up again several times this summer to hike.  Our boys, Mason and Aiden are the same age, and get along so well.   My friend Carley and I at the upper Adams Canyon Waterfall.   My friend Wendy, and our hiking boys.

Sunday Night with Mike

Image
Last night, Mike and I went for a drive.  We ended up in Ogden and stopped at Christmas Village to walk around.  I loved coming here when I was a kid, and it was so fun just to walk around for a few minutes.  The kids made dinner while we were gone.  When we got home, we ate dinner and watched the First Presidency's Christmas Devotional.  On the way home, we followed this truck.  It was getting dark, so it was a good thing they wrote on spray paint on the back of the truck.  From a distance, it looked like it said "No LGBTQ's".  I kept thinking, "who in the world would put that on the back of their truck?".  As we got closer and realized that it said, we had a good laugh.

Duck Pond

Mason & I enjoyed the duck pond.  The ducks were super hungry!

Gibbs Loop

Image
The weather has been in the high 30's, low 40's for just about every day for the past 2-3 weeks.  I decided on Saturday it was warm enough to go on a hike.  My brother lives right across the street from the Gibbs loop trailhead in Ogden, so Mason, Ivy and I went there.  My brother and his kids joined us. It was a great day to hike.  Cold, but still very pretty.
