California Trip Day 2
Our day 2 on our trip is one of those days that every vacation seems to have. We ended up having to do laundry the next morning. The good old KOA campground at Circus Circus had laundry facilities, so we spent the morning there. They had a playground where the kids played for a while.
By the time laundry was finished, it was lunch time. So, we went to McDonalds, and ate lunch. As we were getting things packed and ready to go, I could not get the buckle to work on Ivy's car seat. The only thing we could think of was that it got sand in in from the sand dunes, and then I washed it so the sand, plus the water could have made it so the buckle could not push in all the way. So, we had to buy her a booster seat in order to continue on the trip. We kept the car seat, and hopefully we will figure out how to fix it because it is a nice car seat. It was 1:00 before we left Las Vegas. We arrived in Anaheim around 5:30, and checked into our hotel at the Sheraton. After checking in, we found a great Italian restaurant that we loved. Our kids loved it too, we ended up eating there twice while we were in Anaheim.
After dinner, so drove down by Disneyland so we would know where to go in the morning, and then went back to the hotel to get some good rest before our big day tomorrow!
