FrontRunner Fun?

On Monday, I called my friend, Carley to see if she wanted to go with us to ride the new FrontRunner train to Salt Lake. We thought it would be so fun to take the kids on a train ride. We did have a great time, but it was sure a lot of work. As we were standing at the platform waiting for the train, I realized that I didn't have IL's "leash" for her bear backpack. I panicked because IL is known to wander off, giving no thought as to where her mommy is. Carley assured me that everything would be alright, and between the two of us, we would be able to keep track of her. We decided that if we were able to make it back to Clearfield with all of our kids and no injuries, we would consider the day a success. We did make it home in one piece, thank goodness. It really was a fun day, and thanks to Carley's help, IL made it home with us!
Here is Carley with the her two children, and IL on the train to Salt Lake.

Here is four out of the five children on train.
Here is me and ML on the train.

Here is SL & IL at temple square. The flowers were so beautiful!

They look like they are about ready to jump in!

Okay. First off, this is Kathryn, your sister-in-law. Secondly, the kids are GORGEOUS! And, third... how fun! Temple Square must have been a blast with all the kids.

We went on the last day about 6. Totally packed. Our kids were hungry and we didn't last long. The trains weren't running on time, so it was crazy, but still fun. I'm sorry we missed you yesterday. Next time you come to temple square let us know. We'd love to join you.
