New Business Adventure

Over the summer, Mike decided it would be fun to be a food vendor at some of the local carnivals. He sold hamburgers & hot dogs at two carnivals. The first one was a two-day event, and that city decided to sell permits to every single person who applied. Needless to say, it was not worth our time or money to be involved in such an event.

The second one, which was on the 4th of July, Mike was one of 5 main course vendors. He made four times as much money in four hours at that event than he did in the two-day event. He was constantly busy that night. There were lines of people. It was awesome. He's planning on doing it again next year, and perhaps even branching out and doing a couple of more events.

Our kids were pretty excited to eat some of daddy's food.

He also had some great help from our neighbors.

Fun posts Debbie! So fun to see what your family has been up to! Didn't Mike have a stand at the Syracuse Days? We missed it this year, but we will definately have to plan to go next year and try some of his grub!
