Provo Trip

Mike had a Friday off in January, so we decided to go to Provo to visit family and the BYU campus. Mike grew up in Utah county, and loves it there. It's always fun to take a day trip there. We stopped my Mike's sisters house to visit and let the kids get in some good cousin play time. This is Ivy with her cousin, Shelby. They are two weeks apart in age, and I just noticed how much they look alike. Such cute girls!

Mike went to BYU and loves to take the kids there to visit. We went to do the BOD POD, but found out it was closed on Friday, BUT, the trip to the Richardson Building was worth it, especially for Mike. As he was walking into the building, he was followed by the entire BYU Football team all wearing "Band of Brothers" T-shirts. Mike said it was one of those moments when you are surrounded by greatness, and are at a loss for words, so you just sit there in awe, and don't say anything.

Here are the others things we did while on campus:

Ivy was walking funny, and Mike said "Ivy, what are you doing"? Her reply was "My shoes are farting".

The kids love the Bean Museum.

I'm so happy you were able to have a fun family visit with cousins and BYU campus, and what a cool experience for Mike with the "Band of Brothers." By the way, did you happen to notice the two frog statutes in the background of Shelby and Ivy's picture? Funny.
