Thanksgiving Day

For Thanksgiving this year, Mike's parents, a few of his siblings families, and my parents came to our house for dinner. The weather was beautiful, and it was a fantastic day. My brother-in-law, Nate is a turkey frying master, and he brought a turkey up to show the men in the family how it is done. This turkey looked just like one you see in advertisements. It was perfect! (and very yummy too!)Here are Scotlyn and Ivy with their cousins. They had a blast playing with them all day long.
This is Mason with his cousin Penny. They are three months apart in age.
We finally got to meet Mike's sisters baby (he was born in September). My girls love to hold babies. When Ivy was ready to go play again, she said "Can I be done holding the baby now"?

Mike's sister Jessica brought some fun Thanksgiving crafts for the kids to do after dinner. They loved it. Mason is a marshmallow monster. Can you say choking hazard?

I can't remember why I thought this picture was so funny. It had something to do with telling Mason to look up for some reason, and he did, but it was not what we expected him to do. Anyway, that is what I get for blogging this two weeks late.

I'm so glad Jessica took this picture of all of the girls. They were all wearing Scotlyn and Ivy's dresses for some reason. They would come out with a different dress on every time. They were so cute and had a great time playing together.

P.S. I just know that Ivy is going to be on stage someday!
