Movie and The Polar Express!

Early on in the month, we got to enjoy the movie "Frozen" for free, and ride the polar express all on the same day. A friend of mike's is a real estate agent and he along with several other agents host a free movie in December as their way to say thank you. This year we saw "Frozen". The kids had already seen it, my parents took them to see it over Thanksgiving weekend. They were more than happy to see it again though!  I absolutely loved the show. The music was wonderful, and I loved the message of the movie. Here are my kids enjoying a doughnut as we waited in line to have their faces painted.

Santa was also there!

The face painters they had there were definitely professionals. They did an amazing job on their faces.

That afternoon, we went on the polar express in Heber City. We drove through one of the worst snow storms we have ever had. Luckily we left really early so we got there with plenty of time. Ivy made a friend at the train station and they took a selfie. This is my Ivy, she always makes friends very quickly.

Mike's dad bought tickets for all of the kids and grandkids for Christmas this year. It was a great present, and so much fun!

It was a long ride home in a lot of snow, but so much fun, and other than driving in it, the snow really added to the "North Pole" experience on the train when we got to see Santa Claus.
