For some reason, I can't download the pictures from my camera, so I'll have to post some photos from last week when I can figure out what is going on.
Conference weekend was amazing as always. The girls had a sleepover at my parents house, and apparently, they have decided that it will now be a "Conference Weekend Tradition". My mom also had a turkey dinner at her house on Sunday. It was a lot of fun to get together with my family.
I love listening to the leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know they are men chosen by God to lead the Church at this time. I loved Elder Holland's talk about the Atonement. I also really enjoyed President Uchtdorf's talk about the Savior. I love, love, love this church, and can't imagine my life without it.
The following is something I have been thinking about a lot lately. Life was meant to have challenges, it is part of the plan. Sometimes I feel so weak because of those things that I struggle with but I love the scripture in Ether 12:27 that brings me peace:
27 And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make eweak things become strong unto them.
No matter what happens, the gospel is true, and it will always be so. I have been so blessed by the Lord and pray that I may do those things that He would have me do.

I'm looking at your blog but nothing is sinking in :) I'm so tired! But fine. Things were crazy this weekend and I missed most of conference but I really loved what I heard. We had family stuff that kept coming up. I'll probably blog about it.

Oh Debbie. That was simply beautifully said. I too just felt the spirit so strongly with each talk in conference. Times are getting tough but the Lord will always be there to help us! I too have struggles and I've never felt alone! We're so lucky to have the privilidge to know the fullness of the gospel! I was going to blog about conference too! So touching these sessions were!
